Welcome to GenStorm AI ("we," "our," "us," or "Platform"), a platform that provides users with access to generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools for creating images, videos, voice, music, and text. By accessing or using GenStorm AI, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up, creating an account, or using GenStorm AI, you confirm that you are of legal age in the jurisdiction where you are doing so to access and use generative AI tools, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Services
GenStorm AI offers access to a suite of generative AI tools that allow users to produce:
- AI-generated images
- AI-generated videos
- AI-generated voice
- AI-generated music
- AI-generated text
These services may use our own proprietary models or leverage third-party APIs and models, which may change from time to time.
3. User Accounts
To use the Platform, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. AI-generated content will be stored in your account for seven (7) days from the date of generation, after which it will be automatically deleted.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use GenStorm AI to:
- Generate or disseminate unlawful, harmful, hateful, misleading, or sexually explicit content
- Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Clone, impersonate, or simulate identifiable individuals without consent
- Circumvent, reverse-engineer, or extract underlying models or data
- Breach any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove any content and/or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Both AI-based and human moderation may be employed to review prompts and outputs to ensure compliance with our content policy.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
a. AI-Generated Output
Unless otherwise specified, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the outputs generated by the Platform, subject to any restrictions imposed by third-party providers. GenStorm AI does not guarantee exclusivity or originality.
b. Software and Code
All software, code, design, infrastructure, and features comprising the GenStorm AI platform are proprietary and owned or licensed by GenStorm AI or its affiliates. Users are granted no rights to the underlying software or source code. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
6. Likeness of real-life people
You must not use the Platform to synthesize visual or voice likenesses of real individuals without their explicit, documented consent. You agree to indemnify GenStorm AI against any claims arising from misuse.
7. Compliance with Local Laws
Users must comply with all generative AI-related laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they access or use the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of GenStorm AI is lawful where you reside or operate.
8. Payments, Purchase of Credits, and Paid Subscriptions
Access to GenStorm AI may be subject to the purchase of usage credits in the form of credit packages or subscription plans. Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be disclosed during registration. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as necessary to operate and improve our services.
10. Moderation and Takedown
We may review, flag, remove, or restrict access to any content generated through the Platform that violates our policies or applicable law. Repeat violations may lead to permanent account termination.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
GenStorm AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or appropriateness of any generated content.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GenStorm AI or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.
13. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the integrity of our services.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
